1. Who we are
AI Agent is a personal AI assistant operated by Aryana Intelligence, a Zarwa Global FZC product based in RAKEZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE ("we", "us", "our"). You chat with AI Agent through a Telegram bot. With your permission, it can work with your Google account, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Tasks.
This policy explains what data AI Agent uses, why it uses it, where the data is stored, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it. If you have questions, email us at aman.sheragha.1998@gmail.com.
2. How you connect
You sign in with Google at https://aryanaintelligence.com/connect. Google shows you exactly which permissions AI Agent is asking for, and you decide whether to grant them. The owner must approve every new user before AI Agent will act for that user.
3. Google permissions we request, and why
We only ask for the permissions AI Agent needs to do what you ask of it:

| Gmail (send) | To send an email only after you have explicitly confirmed that specific message in Telegram. |
| Google Drive (read-only) | To find and read the documents you ask about. AI Agent cannot change or delete your Drive files. |
| Google Tasks (read and write) | To manage your to-do list and send you reminders. |
You stay in control. AI Agent never takes an action such as sending, deleting or editing without your explicit confirmation.
4. What data we store
- OAuth tokens from Google, which let AI Agent access the services you approved.
- Your settings and notes, such as your preferences and anything you ask AI Agent to remember.
- Your Telegram identity, so we can link your chats to your account.
This data is stored on our own server, a virtual private server hosted by Hostinger. Each user's data is kept separate from every other user's data.
We do not keep permanent copies of your emails, calendar events, documents or tasks. AI Agent reads them from Google when it needs them to answer a request.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only as needed to run the service:
- AI model providers. To answer a request, AI Agent sends the relevant content to an AI model provider. For example, it may send the text of an email you asked it to summarize. We use OpenAI and, when configured, Anthropic. Their API terms do not allow them to train their models on this data.
- Telegram. Your messages to and from AI Agent pass through Telegram, under Telegram's own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider. Hostinger provides the server where your data is stored.
- When required by law. We may disclose data if we are legally required to.
We never sell your data. We never use it for advertising. We never use Google data to train AI models.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
AI Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice, this means:
- We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you use in AI Agent.
- We transfer Google data to others only as needed to provide those features (for example, to the AI model providers listed above), to comply with the law, or with your consent.
- We do not use Google data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- People do not read your Google data unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been fully anonymized and combined with other data for internal operations.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your data only while your account is active. When your account is closed, or when you ask us to delete your data, we delete it as described below.
8. Revoking access and deleting your data
- Revoke Google access anytime at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, AI Agent can no longer access your Google account.
- Delete your stored data by emailing aman.sheragha.1998@gmail.com. We will delete all the data we hold about you, including tokens, settings and notes, within 30 days.
9. Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical measures. We encrypt connections to our server and restrict access to it, and we keep each user's data separate. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
10. Children
AI Agent is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will let you know through Telegram before they take effect.
